voor mij blijft arnold toch nog steeds de beste hoor, vind hem nog steeds een stuk gezonder uitzien dan hedendaags !

wat ik me dus avraag je zit hem er fftjes bicep curls in doen en hij houd z'n polsen echt super recht ik buig me polse altijd als ik em doe .

wat is het verschil ?

op de manier waarop jij het doet train je meer je onderarmen, als je ze rechthoud dan gebruik je meer je biceps..;)
