1. Less Spinal Load. The Front Squat is a harder exercise than the Back Squat: Less stable position: shoulders hold the bar using your back muscles
This will prevent you to lift as much weight as with the Back Squat. Less weight on the bar, equals less Spinal Compression.
2. Less Spinal Flexion. The upright stance during the Front Squats, makes it impossible to lean forward. If you do, the weight drops. This decreases your chances of bending your back. Which is much safer.

1. minder gewicht op je rug... je moet voor massa toch blijven verhogen, anders groei je toch niet? en als je rug sterk genoeg is moet dat toch niet veel uitmaken? Tuurlijk moet je vrij zwaar laden om goed te groeien, maar je laad de stang toch niet zo vol dat je rug het niet meer houd??
2. onmogelijk om naar voren te leunen... misschien zit ik in een trip, maar ik ga toch ook niet naar achter leunen met de "back squat"
je moet bij welke je ook doet je rug goed recht houden (dmv een band) anders tieft je toch om!
