Arms: Ging ok, pijn in onderarm linker aanhechting biceps / binnenkant elleboog blijft, wanneer ik brachialis aanspreek.
Biceps isolatie geen last Alleen met curls waarbij je indraait.
Narrow bench press met multibar gedaan, ging goed, alleen wel even wennen aan balans
verder volume verder omhoog.
