Voor mensen die thuis een baby, peuter of kleuter hebben..
Baby chest press: lie on your back with baby on your chest. Slowly straighten your arms, making baby fly, and slowly lower back to chest.
Baby leg extension. Sit in a chair, at the edge of the seat. have baby sit on your feet. Slowly straighten legs out to front, holding baby's hands. Works quads.
Baby squat. hold baby near chest or belly and, well, squat. Works well with a ply squat, too.
lay down on the floor, have baby on your tummy, with your knees bent. keep your shoulders and feet on the floor; lift the butt.
Put baby in carrier, sling or backpack and go for a walk. Walk briskly and laugh at all the silly people carrying one pound hand weights!
