Am training shoulders
Pm training bench press 157.5 10x3reps last of the 3week cycle, few days rest and then new bench max (will post vids hopefully)
 
incline speed reps with 40kg 4x20
flatbench dumbbells light around 16kgs 4x10
standing cable flys light 20kgs
flat dumbbell flys light 10kgs

abs

doing the light work for my left pec relieved the pain (good tip from my friend Mr Mo Zoundri)
