Glycociamine, wie gebruikt het al?

------------------------
QUESTION: What is glycocyamine? I know it is supposed to increase creatine production, but why do you need to increase creatine production if you are already taking a creatine compound like in V12? Does it really work?

ANSWER: ABSOLUTELY, without a shadow of a doubt it works and if you try it you will know what I am talking about! I personally have used Glycocyamine by itself and it worked extremely well at increasing muscle fullness and optimizing performance.
Glycocyamine or guanidinoacetic-acid is a naturally occurring compound in the human body and a direct precursor to creatine.
The conversion takes place through a process called "methylation" and glycocyamine works specifically with betaine in the formation of creatine. If you want Glycocyamine to increase endogenous creatine production, then make sure it is being combined with betaine. The endogenous production of creatine from Glycocyamine drastically increases stores of creatine phosphate in the muscle. There is evidence that proves this compound alone may increase endogenous creatine production by 3 times. I hypothesis that oral creatine supplementation may block the body’s natural creatine production cycle, thus limiting the amount of creatine phosphate stored in the muscle cell. This particular negative feedback loop might also explain the reports of only marginal success by some individuals with regular creatine supplements. We want elevated amounts of creatine phosphate stores in the muscle cell and the more creatine phosphate in the muscle the bigger and stronger the muscle will get. Tricreatine Malate and Betaine-Glycocyamine supplementation gives you just that.

Cells such as muscles that accumulate extremely high amounts of creatine phosphate are able to keep up the supply and demand in ATP (adenosine triphosphate) production. ATP is the primary energy source in the human body that fuels the flexing and contracting of muscles fibers within weight training or general sports activities. So, the primary goal to effectively enhance
performance is to completely saturate skeletal muscle tissue with creatine phosphate stores. We want to assure to maintain adequate levels of creatine phosphate at all times to perform better and recover easier from exercise...NOW that’s what I am talking about!

I also forgot to mention this. Glycocyamine is also a potent glycemic agent rivaling the effects of the prescription anti-hyper glycemic drug "Metformin" aka glucophage. So you get potent glycemic properties, causing more profound creatine phosphate stores in skeletal muscles without the loading of fattening sugars. Obviously, glycocyamine is a very big breakthrough, think about, you can effectively mimic insulin’s actions to increase uptake of creatine phosphates without having to flood your body with large amounts of sugars. Ingesting excessive amounts of sugar at one time will in the long run only get you fat. V-12 is possibly
the most versatile "sugar free" cell volumizer found on the sports and fitness market today.

Betaine supplies a vital component necessary for creatine production. Glycocyamine is the immediate precursor to creatine. Together Betaine-Glycocyamine produces more creatine in the body. An insulin spike is necessary to transport nutrients, like creatine, through the body and into the muscles. Most cell volumizers must rely on the primitive technology of adding carbohydrates to cause the necessary insulin spike.
Glycocyamine is such a remarkable compound it causes the release of insulin without the need for carbohydrates. This is crucial, so make sure you understand this.
Carbohydrates have both positive and negative glycemic properties. The positive properties include transporting nutrients, loading muscles with glycogen for fullness and vascularity, supplying readily accessible energy sources for intense training. The negative effects include storing excess carbohydrate calories as insulin-fat, negatively affecting energy levels by causing rapid rises and falls in blood sugar levels. Basically carbs are a double-edged sword. And unfortunately while they do have many beneficial effects, there is a big downside to relying on carbohydrates to cause an insulin spike.

The beauty of Betaine-Glycocyamine is that it mimics the positive glycemic properties of carbs, so you experience the benefits of an insulin spike, without the negative effects of arbohydrates-induced insulin spike. This is not only rare, it’s remarkable. Now you’ll be able to pack on pounds of shredded mass without having to worry about adding unwanted fat in the process.

Vandaar dat producten zoals Somnabol me fructose werken. ! !
