Hey all!
My name is Jorgen and I'm 19 years old.
Weight: 58 kg
Length : 1m 75
Fat percentage : < 5% (according to some sort of machine in the gym)
Benchpress top : 52,5 kg ( 12 reps, 2 sets)
Benchpress now : 40 kg ( 10 reps, 2 sets )
History :
2006-2007: 2x a week, 1 exercise chest, 1 biceps, 1 triceps ...
2007-2008: 3-4x a week, first day 3-4 exercises each group and 3 muscle groups, other day 3-4 exercises each group and also 3 muscle groups
2008-2009: 1x a week, first day 3-4 exercises each group and 3 muscle groups, other day 3-4 exercises each group and also 3 muscle groups
2009-... : NOTHING! (9 lazy months ...)
So, I've bought myself 2 dumbbells and 1 barbell and some weights (4x 10kg, 4x 5kg, 8x 2kg, 4x 1kg= 80 kg in total), to train at home, with a bench.
Now, my question, can you guys give me some good exercises with dumbbells and the barbell? (Maybe with small pictures to show it, because my English isn't that great .. )
My goal: Strength, mass and great body
I've trained pretty good in 2007-2008 and had some muscle growth and a was a bit stronger (benchpress 52,5 kg) but now I lost it all. People of my age who don't go to the gym are much stronger than me
So, Can you guys give me some good exercises, that make me stronger and bigger!
My arms are like pencils and I'd like to have trees, if you know what I mean
