Ergogenics moet je per definitie sowieso niet serieus nemen.

Of een onderzoek gesponsord is zegt natuurlijk niet direct iets over de betrouwbaarheid van de onderzoeksresultaten. Maar ergogenics, de telegraaf, of welk ander niet-serieus medium, zou ik niet direct raadplegen over onderzoeken.

Merk hiervan iets? Neem je hiervoor (helende effect) ook nog andere sups?

Merk hiervan iets? Neem je hiervoor (helende effect) ook nog andere sups?

Ik heb er een pot of 3 van versleten en gebruikte toen ook Joint support (xxl), dat was vooral voor de pijn aan de knieën en die is enorm verminderd ondertussen maar ik durf niet met zekerheid zeggen in hoeverre die supps hier mee voor gezorgd hebben.
