Gebruik van creatine op lange termijn is nog niet als schadelijk aangetoont, ook stopt je produktie er niet mee na 5 weken. Dit is getest van een periode t/m 5 jaar. Dat er nog niets gevonden is hoeft natuurlijk niet te betekenen dat er ook niets te vinden is, maar erg schokkend zal het in ieder geval niet zijn volgens mij.
