Any one know a solid good bar pad for hip thrust? I'm currently using a random squat neck pad for this exercise, and after loading more than 80kg on the bar, it is too painful to move the bar up, it makes progressing this exercise too hard and way too annoying. Please let me know if you are using anything that can support more weight (something like 150kg and not killing you with bone pain 😂)for hip thrust, thanks!
