sorry dat ik het in het engels knip&plak, maar ben te moe van gisteren om het nog defitg te vertalen. en de meesten van julie kennen zeer goed engels. nogmaals sorry.
My goal is to cut down to 90kg to enter the -90kg class; because that means i'll have more competition in the Open class.
Besides, i consider this to be an extra challenge for me.
ok, so for now i don't really have a diet log/schedule...
facts are :
* i don't eat a lot at mornings. i DO drink frash orange juice. perhaps some half-skimmed milk too? for the extra protein?
* if i pay attention, i can drink 4 liters of water a day. should i drink more?
* i'm a pasta freak, i can easily eat 350gr pasta on my own (350gr being dry weight). add the meat and vegetable to that and you'll get it. perhaps cut down to 200-250gr and keep the same amount of vegetables (i eat a lot of vegetables, which is good i think) and meat?
* i don't eat 6 times a day... my class schedules don't allow me to. most of the time it's 4 times a day, the last meal being before going to bed.
think i should eat more at breakfast? and way less at noon/dinner?
ow yeah, yesterdat i weighed in at 95,8kg... so i need to cut down to at least 90kg... which means i'll have to lose 6kg of FAT and EXCESS WATER
and of course, keep my strength
