Schijnt beter te zijn voor je knieën ook omdat je dan minder gewicht kunt pakken, zeker na hack squat.
Hack squat met je voeten zo laag mogelijk op het bord, is ook knie onvriendelijk, maar je raakt de middelste deel van de quad goed.
Ik warm altijd op met Hamstring Curls en Leg Extensions. Blijkbaar is het een goede opwarming, want een ladyfriend kon niet meer verder erna.Bijzonder, eerst de hamstrings activeren, daarna een hackquat

Feit
De mechanische spanning in de spier vanuit gewicht of leverage wordt gemeten en is juist voornamelijk bepalend voor hypertrofie.het lichaam meet geen gewicht maar de stress die je creeert.

and why this paper cannot be used as a source for energy expenditure.
It's sad that they have released this video, now there are more people who mistakenly think that exercise is not important for burning calories.
lol- Determination of energy expenditure with doubly marked water (H22O und H2O18) is an established method for measurements lasting several days. The work performed was only estimated using accelerometry, because accelerations are measured as impulses/min but not as physical work. For this, the accelerometer has to be calibrated for each subject. Obviously this was not done. Also the apparatus used shows a large scattering of the measurements (7). Possibly extreme differences resulted from this. For 200 impulses/min as daily mean, single energy expenditures of 1600 as well as of 3500kcal were obtained.
- Various groups with very different living conditions (climate, daily light duration, town or savanna, nutrition) are lumped together, thus increasing scattering. However, the countries of residence are considered as factors in the statistical analysis. But athletes are excluded without real justification.
- While there were great differences in height and mass (single values between 34 and 118kg in females, 43 and 101kg in males), energy expenditure is not given per kg body mass or kg fat free mass; to the contrary, it is presented absolutely with the consequence that a cloud of points appears without clear correlation in the figures. I have made 2 figures with the mean values in tables (Fig. 1 and 2). As can be seen, the dependencies are reversed if related to kg body mass! Per kg the more heavily working groups obviously present an increased energy expenditure
