post ja..Wat heeft het voor zin om je glycogeen weer op peil te brengen NA de training als je doel is vet verliezen? De hoeveelheid glycogeen in je depots heeft geen directe invloed op je herstel, je insuline- en cortisolniveau wel.

Ikzelf word alleen maar loom van grote maaltijden pre-workout.
Honger zou een kwestie van gewenning kunnen zijn, anders gewoon meer groente eten
