Een discussie in een thread van Testo zette me aan deze thread te openen.
Ook wel eens gedacht om HGH of IGF-1 te gaan gebruiken voor spiergroei?
Niet vreemd, de hype is ook enorm!
Denk je misschien "go with the flow' want duizenden andere BB'ers kunnen het volgens jou toch niet mishebben? Als je je een beetje verdiept in de materie zul je zien dat je voor spiergroei amper iets heb aan HGH (1,2,3,4,10,11)
En wat die extra kilo's betreft heb ik al vaker aangeduid dat bij HGH amper je spiermassa toeneemt maar om zo meer bindsweefsel, vocht, orgaanmassa etc. Dit wordt gerekend tot de VVM (vet vrije mass) of ook wel lean body mass.
Wat IGF-1 betreft kun je in (1,2,3) lezen dat verhogen van IGF-1 gehalte in je bloedserum niet anabool is. Spot-injections wel! (5,6)
Het exogeen toedienen van IGF-1 omwille van spiergroei vind ik (buiten spot-injections) echt zonde van het geld. Bovendien zorgt testosteron opzich al voor een verhoging van de IGF-1 afgifte (7) Stanozolol (winstrol) doet dat bijvoorbeeld weer niet! Daarom ook mijn voorliefde voor Testosteron.
Combineer dat met het androgenere Trenbolone en je hebt mijn favoriete combo. Trenbolone zorgt ervoor dat je satelliet cellen van je spieren gevoeliger worden voor IGF-1 En die heb je nodig om meer spier te krijgen die je door training in omvang vergroot (8,9) Een anti-e gebruiken om de hoeveelheid estradiol op een normaal peil te houden en zodoende niet een nog grotere onderdrukking van je testosteron-axis te veroorzaken.
Dan wil ik nog een aantal artikelen aandragen waarin wordt getoond dat HGH zelfs in in HIV positieve groepen niet tot spiergroei bijdraagt. Dat terwijl deze groep juist daarvoor gevoelig zou moeten zijn. (15, 16)
Deca had wel een positief effect op het behoud en herstel van spiermassa bij deze groepen. En denk nu niet dat HIV plussers niet kunt vergelijken met HIV negatieve, gezonde mensen (12)
Zelfs in oudere mannen helpt GH niet voor spiergroei(10)
Dat veel goedkopere anabole steroiden wel effect hebben valt ook makkelijk te staven. Niet alleen door eigen subjectieve waarnemingen maar ook wetenschappelijk (13,14)
Mensen gebruik je verstand. Je Euro kun je maar 1 keer uitgeven, gebruik hem wijs.
HGH & IGF-1 voor spiergroei? Nee dank u.
