Wat simpel gezegd, maar ja, zo zou je het dan kunnen zeggen. Als voeding beter wordt opgenomen, beter benut wordt door je lichaam zal je er ook meer profijt van hebben.
Alleen in mijn informatie lees ik niks over een krachttoename ervan, geen directe zoals creatine.
