Just received blood test from house doctor in Holland.
One of the test was for testeron level. Requested to do it because of some complains: reduced sexual activities, constant mood change, allways filling tired, training results stopped.
Result is 9.2 nmol/l - it's looks quit low for 29 years old healfty life living person.
No smoking, no alcohol, no drugs, no steroids. Eating healfhe food.
Weight 92kg, bodyfar 18%. Training 4 times per week, I give full my self in fitness room and only using loose weights.
After chriChris I am going back to home doctor to speak about testeron level. What I suppose to expect from him. I would like to do more blood test, like total testeron, free testeron and estrogen level. Should I expect any threatment from home doctor?
If yes, basic insurance covers costs?
I live in Holland and I have health insurance + paying all taxes too.
