Jay's latest DVD "Undisputed"
You guys are gonna love this one.
Tuesday night started shooting his new DVD titled "UNDISPUTED"
Great title we know, LOL!
Anyway, this is gonna be a great one, it will be shot around Venice, at Gold's and also in Las Vegas. Jay was gonna start shooting before the Olympia but this year he prefered keeping ALL disctractions asside so he could get the title back. He has been keeping himself in great shape since the O ended, still dieting, still doing his morning cardio, he's up to 290 in the DVD and in great condition.
Jason Ellis who produced and shot his "My House" DVD is doing this one as well, in HD and came up with lots of great stuff that I'm sure the Cutler fans will enjoy. One big change in this DVD is that after each workout session Jay does a re cap of the workout and explains exactly what he just did and why he did it the way he did, that way it is motivational but also teaches you a lot at the same time which I think lacks a lot in most of the bodybuilding DVDs.
The turn around time on this should be VERY fast and we are expecting a Christmas release if everything goes well, so put that on your Xmas wish list, LOL!
