Na 5/6 jaar trainen (en een hoop "ik ben nog niet sterk genoeg" bla bla) is het wel eens een keer tijd om een powerliftwedstrijd te doen.
Waar beter te beginnen dan bij de beginnerswedstrijd van de npb in mei 2015.
Zo heb ik een mooi doel om naar toe te werken en consistent (en hard) te blijven trainen.
Na een vakantie (van 3 weken) ben ik weer aan het opbouwen naar mijn oude niveau, om vervolgens eens echt sterk te gaan worden en mijn all-time prs te verbreken.
Ben 8 weken geleden begonnen en heb sindsdien elke week gewicht en/of reps verhoogd.
Is kijken hoelang het duurt voor ik op deze manier vastloop.
All-time prs:
Squat: 185kg
Bench press: 130kg (tng)
Deadlift: 220kg
Ik log al een tijdje op www.weightxreps.net log op weightsxreps (zal de trainingen daaruit kopiren), echter is er daar vrij weining interactie.
Vandaar dat ik hier weer ga loggen om wat meer interactie te hebben met gelijkgestemde
