5 jaar geleden deed ik veel aan lopen in buitenlucht. Perfect om een mooie V shape te bekomen en op die eerste prille foto zie je dat oefeningen als plank, beentraining, chest toch best een mooi resultaat gaven.
Nu na 5 maanden opnieuw trainen, ook 1 min plank/dag, 5 dagen/week, cardio 30 min lopen, ab training daily with 20kg, biceps curl 20kg, triceps 30kg, chest 110kg and 20000 steps the disappointing result is visible on the second pic
Too fat, no small waist, bad muscle tone
On the second Pic I weight 95kg!!!!

SO, MY FIGURE IS UGLY.
What excersises and how much/ #time I have to spend to look again like on my previous Pic?
Advice or trainings programs that work are appreciated 🌈
