tuesday and thursday; 50 - 100 mg winstrol inject

*2 tabs/day clenbuterol (2 day on , 2 days off)
on days without clen; 2 a 3 tabs efedrine/day (so also 2 days on, 2 days off)

*first 3 days; 25 mcg cytomel
next 4 days; 50 mcg cytomel
2 days ; 75 mcg cytomel
4 days; 50 mcg cytomel
3 days; 25 mcg cytomel
and repeat cytomel cycle (so 32 days cytomel)
