The first one is the old M-Stak, and the second one is the second generation (and new packaging).
The main difference between the two M-Staks is that the old one was more a general strength-increasing product while the new one is a more specialized product for hardgainers. I have personally used both and had great results.
The second one you have there is the same as this:

but with the new Iconic packaging
