Bettter Swimmer?

??? find out wich muscles u use most , make sure you make them work them in the gym so they become stronger , for a better use in your sport ( swimming )

Maybe you can do something about your food aswell, like more proteins ( people who do sports on a regular base need more proteins 1.8 x Bodyweight ) next to that it might be of use to take some fast carbs just before your swimming contest , so your body will have enough carbs to burn during swimming )

I don't know if creatine could be of any use , but it might be able to give you an extra boost ( if so , i would prefer Kre-Alkalyn,because of it's fast impact and so allow's you to use the boost almost immediately **15-30 min** )
