How to create a block rule for port 135:
Open NIS or NPF.
Click Personal Firewall Settings.
Click Internet Access Control.
Click Configure.

Click Add. The Add Rule dialog box appears.
Select Block Internet access, and then click Next. The contents of the Add Rule dialog box change.

Select Connections to and from other computers, and then click Next. The contents of the Add Rule dialog box change.

Select TCP and UDP.

Select Only the types of communication or ports listed, and then click Add. The Specify Ports dialog box appears.

Choose Individually specified ports and Local.
Type 135 into the box.
Click OK. This closes the window. The Add Rule dialog box appears.
Click Next.
Select Create an event log entry, and then click Next.
Name the rule by typing Port 135 into the box, and then click Next.
Confirm your entries, and then click Finish.
Run the Internet security scan again and port 135 will be a identified as a stealth port. You do not need to restart NIS/NPF or the computer.
