The guys behind Realtropin probably sourced this batch from another raws supplier. Either they ran out of supplies of their regular source or they pull the age old trick of lowering the product quality once they have established a good reputation.

That being said, the presence of lose chunks and a round puck does not mean that the GH is 'damaged'. Inconsistent levels of vacuum on the other hand are a pretty bad sign. Is the liquid clear upon reconstituting? If so, I would give it a shot and do a GH serum test.
