"" Turn the power switch off, wait 1 minute and turn the power switch on again. If treadmill recovers to normal operation, you may continue to use the treadmill.
The lower board software contains a protective current measurement, should the limit exceed, it will give the ’lift motor overload’ -error. Try calibrating the lift motor and if not successful. Unplug unit remove motor shroud locate the lift motor. The lift motor driven nut is never supposed to reach either of the ends of the lift motor screw. Should this happen, the nut is likely to get jammed. Check that the nut is not against the motor frame nor against the stopper in the end of the motor screw. In a case like this the lift motor needs to be removed and the nut released by hand."

En dit:
"igh Motor Overload caused by one of the following:
1: Runner heavier than weight/speed envelope in conjunction with significant deck wear.
Recomendation: Restric use to people within the weight/speed specifications and check deck wear, replace if necessary.
2: Motor lead disconnected or loose
Recomendation: Check the motor leads to ensure all leads are connected. One loose or disconnected lead will cause the overload.
3: Electrical failure on the drive electronics
Recomendation: replace VSD (Electronic board)
at this point I suggest you check, a small electronic card that is in front of the machine. withdraw the engine cover and you can see it. has mounted two black wheels attached to each other. these are two thermistors are burned if you should change them. because if you change the VSD will cost you dearly

Het kan ook simpeler zijn: een tekort aan smeermiddel:
hier uit de handleiding van de t80:
MOTOR OVERLOAD. Ensure correct usage of the treadmill. Do not brake the belt. Turn the power switch off, wait 1 minute and turn the power switch on again. If treadmill recovers to normal operation, you may continue to use the treadmill. Ensure the lubrication is sufficient, re-lubricate the running deck if needed
