Hello guys, my name's Vincenzo i'm 23 years old and I have just relocated with my family in Netherland. I have practise gym for 3 years but now it's 1 year that i don't practise and today I restarted.
I have a question to do:

It's August and i whant to lose fat becouse in September i whant to start to gain a lot of mass. Who can help me with nutrition? In Netherand we have a lot of kind of new food and i don't know what is the best for the gym. (I'm 80Kg and 1,71cm).

For now i have buy on bodyenfitshop.nl:

First, do you know how much % fat you have?

Good foods that's high in protein:

Tuna (mostly canned in the grocery store)
Chicken
Cottage cheese (in dutch, Kwark)
Lots of other meat and fish
Milk ( you have different kind of milk in the grocery store, 1 with lots of fat, 1 with medium fat and 1 with no fat)

Good foods that's high in carbohydrate:

Oatmeal (in dutch, Brintha) you can mix this with milk.
Rice
Pasta ( Like: spagetti, macaroni)
Bread

Good foods that's high in GOOD fats:

Nuts ( all kind of nuts)
Olive oil
Fat fish like mackerel

Do you count calories?

StartingGrower thank you very much for the information. Today i did go to the doctor for my body information, this is my value:

Age: 23
Height: 1,72cm
Weight: 81,5 Kg
Fat: 24,8 %
Water: 55,3 %
Mass: 34,7 %
Bones: 4,8 Kg
BMI: 27,5 (In the scale Slim/Normal/Extra Fat/Obesity i'm Extra Fat)
Kcal: 1919 Kcal

I think for lose fat, that i need to eat about +/- 1500Kcal, now can you help me to select the food?
I have thinks to do 5 meal each day:

Breakfast = 1 cpr Sports Multi + 30gr Whey + 1 Alpha Muscle
Meal1 = 30 minute before eat 2 cpr of Stack
Lunch
Meal2 or Pre workout = 30 minute before pre workout 2 cpr of Stack
Dinner
Pre sleep 1 Alpha Muscle

If 1500Kcal is correct for lose fat, what is the grammar for divide carbo/protein/fat?
