Military press 80kg
3 sets of 8 -10 reps
Military press smith 100kg
3 sets of 8-10 reps
Shoulder front raises
Elk arm 17kg 3 sets 12 reps.
Shoulder side raises 16kg 3 sets 12 reps
Shoulders are done!
Chest is next:
Incline benchpress
60kg warming up
95kg 5 sets of 8 reps
Benchpress:
5 sets of 110kg 12 reps
Cable cross:
37kg both arms 3 sets of 10 reps
Push ups:
3 sets of 50 reps
And that was it for today ladys and gentleman.
