Ikzelf heb de ballen verstand van de produktie van IGF-1. Kan er dus niks nutttigs over zeggen.
Wel wil ik een stukje info delen wat ik op bodyofscience tegenkwam. Wanneer ik daar lees krijg ik altijd de indruk dat de heren er behoorlijk wat verstand van hebben.
Dit is wat iemand daar over de produktie van IGF-1 zegt:
GroPep is the inventor of and holds a number of Patents on the LONG[TM]R[3]IGF-I molecule and they are only (legit) world's manufacturer.
I think that these small ug labs are selling impure, or otherwise contaminated form of IGF-1 or R3.Theses molecule are fragile and must be produced and purified with great care to insure that the end-product is perfect. I doubt that ug labs respect these conditions of manifacturing.
"The system of production of R3:
1. Fermentation. E. coli containing the gene for LongTMR3IGF-I are grown in a fermenter.
2. Homogenization. Bacteria are lysed to release inclusion bodies that are harvested by differential
centrifugation.
3. Dissolution. The recombinant fusion protein is released into solution. It is not correctly folded
into its tertiary protein structure at this point.
4. Refolding. The LongTMR3IGF-I protein is incubated under controlled conditions so that the disulphide
bonds can correctly form to allow the correct protein structure. The protein would be biologically inactive or less active in an incorrectly folded form.
5. Purification. A four-step system is used to purify LongTMR3IGF-I.
This series of steps also incorporates accepted protocols for the removal of bacterial endotoxin.
6. Supply."
A person injecting the defective product could become allergic to the own internally produced HGH, or have some other form of severe reaction.

Ik kwam het stukje gisteren ook tegen op steroid.com en heb eens op die site van GroPep gekeken.
Snap er geen hol van, er wordt daar gesproken over IGF van Barramundi en ratten.
Barramundi zijn vissen.
Ik betwijfel of dat wel de IGF is die wij BBers nodig hebben.
