Summarizing: If i buy small amounts lets say 200 hundred tablets(2 grams) and police catches me, i don't get any penalty. Right?

Jail is only for those who dont pay their taxes. In this case you risk a fine or maybe community services.

How can you risk a fine for something than isn't illegal.

It's not a case of paranoia when somebody from a foreign country is informing himself about the possible risks he may expose himself to, whilst buying and administrating controlled substances.

There are in fact countries where the penalties are significant.. Just because in The Netherlands the risks are low and the penalties are absent, doesn't mean he is being paranoid for asking.

I agree with you but nearly all posts above my post about being paranoid already comfirmed that you can own small amounts for personal use. He keeps repeating the question which is (more or less) already answered a few times.
