Ik merk dat ik beter groei op 4x10x160 squat dan achterlijk zwaar gaan. Krijg alleen maar last van mn knieen. Zelfde voor bench, maak liever veel reps met 120-140 dan heavy as shit gaan. Enige wat ik daar mee bereik is schoudertyfus.

Ook kom ik wel tot failure door constante spanning te houden.

ja dat begrijp ik. Het is ook niet zo zeer de rep range als het geforceerd alles zo snel in zon korte tijd willen door pompen.

in een uur 10 oefeningen 3-5 setjes doen dan kan je nooit op degelijke intensiteit trainen los van welke rep range je doet

Gooi in de cut graag mn tempo omhoog :) normaal neem ik inderdaad meer rust. (doe ik ook minder volume)
