eeuuhm iedereen heeft echt een waslijst aan producten thuis staan, dus neem ik aan dat jullie wel soort van experts zijn?! dus mijn vraag is dit product 5 supplementen in 1?[Link niet meer beschikbaar]
het bevat wheyproteine isolaat, creatine (arginine+glycine+methionine), BCAA(leucine+isoleucine+valine), Beta-alanine(er zit immers alanine in) en Glutamine (is glutaminic acid het zelfde als normale glutamine?). misschien is t een te moeilijke vraag maar ik tast in t donker hiero...
