He is NOT DQ ! The promoteur Mr Raphael is a smart and powerfull man, he loves the sport, he doesn't want any scandale in his Arnold classic ! Why will he let a judge do any harm for the sport! Cedric was caught in traffic could have been here earlier. He will care much next time and so does the other athletes ! Rules are important but it would have been stupid to DQ him for that

Two weeks ago Cedric McMillan was flying home from the FIBO Power bodybuilding championships with a winner's trophy and high hopes of scoring an Arnold Classic championship win two weeks later in Brazil. However missing Friday's mandatory athlete's meeting in Rio de Janeiro sent his hopes to ruin.

Missing the meeting broke the rules of the competition and Big Mac was disqualified. There was speculation that he would be able to compete anyway after this mornging when one of the promoter's of the event, Bob Lorimer, tweeted "Cedric McMillan will be competing in today's Arnold Classic Brazil." But alas, it was not to be.
