Iedereen kan het leren,..de ene alleen sneller dan de andere.

Je moet je eerst geloof erin hebben dat het waar is, en dat het je gaat lukken.
Dan je hoofd helemaal leeg maken, dat kan je doen met mediteren, tot 100 tellen of iets anders...
Dan moet je kontakt maken met je object, je moet je inbeelden hoe het is om dat object te zijn,.. visualiseer hem van alle kanten, bekijk het.
Hou je gedachten leeg.
Dan op gegeven moment zie je hem bewegen,... op dat moment heb je kontakt,..nu gaat het erom dat kontakt vast te houden.

Het laten bewegen is iets wat je onderbewuste al weet, dus dat hoef je niet te zeggen tegen jezelf,.. geen dwang.
Je moet het vanzelf laten gaan....JUST DO IT !
De meesten gebruiken een trigger (een woord) maar dat is niet perse nodig.
Ook het gebruik van je handen is niet echt nodig maar de meesten vinden dat wel makkelijker...
Gewicht speelt zeker mee, verwacht niet dat je bergen kan verzetten.
En daarbij moet je engelen geduld hebben en gemotiveerd blijven, met die hobby ben je jaren bezig..

We of the Sirian High Council of the Light come to you in service working together to assist humanity through these dense times.
As a result of the undermining attempts to suppress this great nation under the Ashtar Command, the removal of the powers that be will be immediate and swift.
The countless attempts to create harm and to engage in an annihilation plan for Earth will be intervened and who will protect all life forms according to the Divine Plan under Lord Melchizedek.

Know that the surface of your Earth is being continuously monitored by our Lightships in your skies.
We do regret all the atrocities that have occurred and still are occurring upon your surface, and continually still are being inflicted upon all the beloved Lightworkers and surface dwellers.
The last remaining illuminati, who are entrenched upon the surface will be removed by Ashtar Command, as their last remaining roles are being played out, but will ultimately lead to their demise.

Ik kan best snappen dat mensen geen zin meer hebben om op je te reageren aangezien je nogal een felle manier van afkappen hebt of door er gewoon heel raar op terug te reageren met iets filosofisch of een grapje. Je bent twee keer zo oud als ik, reageer gewoon volwassen dan. History
The starchild skull came into the possession of Lloyd Pye, a writer and lecturer in the field of alternative knowledge, in February 1999.[1] According to Pye, the skull was found around 1930 in a mine tunnel about 100 miles southwest of the Mexican city of Chihuahua, Chihuahua, buried alongside a normal human skeleton exposed and lying supine on the surface of the tunnel.[2]

The skull is abnormal in several aspects.
A dentist determined that it was a child's skull, due to unerupted teeth being impacted in the associated upper right maxilla found with the skull.[3] However, the volume of the interior of the starchild skull is 1600 cubic centimeters, which is 200 ccs larger than the average adult's brain, and 400 ccs larger than an adult of the same approximate size. The orbits are oval and shallow, with the optic nerve canal situated at the bottom of the orbit instead of at the back. There are no frontal sinuses.[2] The back of the skull is flattened, but not by artificial means. The skull consists of calcium hydroxyapatite, the normal material of mammalian bone, but there is an overload of collagen in it, much more than is usual for human bone.

Carbon 14 dating was performed twice, the first on the normal human skull at the University of California at Riverside in 1999, and on the Starchild skull in 2004 at Beta Analytic in Miami, the largest radiocarbon dating laboratory in the world.
Both independent tests gave a result of 900 years * 40 years since death.[5] DNA testing at Trace Genetics in 2003 recovered mitochondrial DNA and determined that the child had a human mother, though it was not the child of the skull found with it. Its mother did belong to a known Native American haplogroup, haplogroup C. However, useful lengths of nuclear DNA for further testing could not be recovered. Later testing in 2004 at the Royal Holloway Institute [1] at the University of London revealed unexplained "fibers" in the bone of the skull and a reddish residue in the cancellous bone, neither of which are known or recorded in any other bone at present existing on earth.[6]

At 15 I started masturbating everyday. I was perfectly normal with very high coïtus drive, a strong erection, and no hint of premature ejaculation. By the time I was, my semen was thing, and not volumous, and I had quite a severe premature ejaculation.

However, I felt that I was young and as soon as I gave up masturbation my body would go back to normal very quickly. I was also having erections practically all night long. One day when I was 20, I realized that I was having erection problems. I cut down my ejaculation to about 3 or 4 times a week. But 6 months later, I started having severe burning sensations (only after ejaculation) in my lower abdomen, around the area of my seminal vesicles, approximately four inches below on both sides aprox 3 inches to the left and right of my belly button. After this point, I stopped ejaculating completely; the only time I would ejaculate would be in a wet dream. This happened approximately once every 1 or 2 weeks. Each time this would happen, I would not feel pleasure or sensation at the time, but I would wake up with wet clothing, and a severe burning sensation in my lower abdomen.

By the time I was 21 I was looking tired, my hair was falling out, and my skin was very dry, I had also developed acne which was strange, as I had never had acne before in my life, and I had no coïtus urge. I was ageing prematurely, and I was told that I looked about 25 or 26. I then went to a conventional doctor, thinking that he would be able to help me. He could not understand what the problem was and thought that maybe I had picked up a disease. I told him that I had not had any contact with a woman; he became very confused and could not help me as he thought that ejaculation frequency made no difference.

At 24, I went to another Chinese Herbalist and took his medicine for about 6 months, but the problem was that these would often cause weekly emissions, after the emissions, I would get worse with lower abdominal burning sensation. After I was given some herbs to specifically reduce the swelling in this area, large spots appeared on my face, due to this reason, I had to discontinue this particular formula about 2 weeks after starting them. I was convinced that I had to find a way to stop these night emissions, as this was more important than taking herbs. And so stopped taking these herbs after 6 months.

For the next 3 years, I did not take any herbs or treatment, and though I was physically fit in every other way, ate well, tried to remain as stress-free as possible, but the problem still remained, fortunately my nightly emissions were now only fortnightly so I started feeling a little stronger.

Two years ago, I had started reading about long-term fasting and how it was often used as a cure for conditions that were often difficult to cure (like arthritis etc) as it gave the body a chance to clean and repair itself, and harnessed the innate power of the human body to attain equilibrium and hence cure itself. So last August I undertook a professionally supervised, over 20 day fast where I only took distilled water and absolutely nothing else, in the hope that my body would be able to find the solution. After 23 days, I had naturally lost a lot of weight. Unfortunately, it seems as though the fast was unable to help cure me and I am still suffering from the same problem (a low coïtus drive, weak erection, and thin semen with burning sensation upon discharge) although I have improved much physically in terms of endurance and general physical conditioning.

Finally last year, a major breakthrough had happened to me. I had seek help from Dr. N. K. Lin through the web. He had told me that my problem was due to the deficiency of Human Growth Hormone (HGH), DHEA and testosterone due to over masturbation in adolescence, and burning out the neurotransmitters acetylcholine and dopamine. Since I don't have much left in your bioelectric charge system - the parasympathetic nervous subsystem and its associated organs are low in bioelectricity, I began to take LoveLonger III. The first sign of my recovery is my finger, toe, penis tip became quite warm. Nightly emissions began to go away. My coïtus drive began to come back. I have practiced the Anal Breathing Technique to inhibit the coïtusual drive to avoid the fatal mistake of excessive masturbation. I am feeling better and stronger.
