The 2 most important features to an attractive body is;
- Wide shoulders
- Narrow waist
PRIORITY TRAINING is one of the biggest keys to changing the way you look.
I train shoulders twice a week, putting extra focus on the rear & side delts as these will give you a wider look from every angle.
I see many guys at the gym spending too much time pumping their arms then rolling up their sleeves and acting all staunch.
But when they head to the beach they dont even get a second look because their body isnt symmetrical & attractive to the eye.
Key Points
- train your shoulders twice a week, putting extra work on your rear & side delts.
- train your abs 2-3 times a week (switching from high rep to low rep training).
- training flys & dumbbell pull-overs for chest more often to expand rige cage (full range of stretch reps).
- train your lats twice a week, this gives your body a wider look.
- for narrow waist it comes down to your diet, (check out my cutting diet I posted the other day).
If you originally don't have good shape & train every body part equally then your not going reach your potential aesthetic look.
