My sights are set and I’ve got my eye on the prize.
This is MY OLYMPIA!
Olympia is no small task or one I’ve taken lightly. I’m in it 100%.
For those that have seen the [Link niet meer beschikbaar] – you know it’s official. I’ve signed the Mr. Olympia papers and confirmed my invitation by special invite. But I won’t just be there to attend it. I’ll be there with a mindset for competition. A determination to win it.
No Simple Task
I know it isn’t going to be easy. I may even be the underdog in this one. That doesn’t change anything for me. There are some huge guys out there, with some phenomenal definition and amazing genetics. But that is what makes it Olympia.
I know it’s going to be tough. That doesn’t deter me. It doesn’t slow me down. It pushes me to take things to the next level. And that’s what I do. I push myself every day to reach new highs.
I’m in competition-mode. I’m ready to go, baby. Boom!
Workout Routine
I’m in the gym and I’m at it hard. Day-in and day-out. I’m burning through cardio and feeling the pump while I’m lifting. I’m making real gains. I’m making big gains. The gym has become my life. It’s always been a large part of it but it’s competition time now. Anyone that’s ever been there, no matter what the sport, you know working out and training is full throttle leading up to that even. I’m only a few months out so every day I’m putting in 110% at the gym.
Nutrition
Nutrition is essential and staying disciplined is necessary. Cheat days just aren’t happening right now. Every ounce of food that I eat, every grain, every particle, every atom, serves a purpose on my [Link niet meer beschikbaar]. I’ve cut out waste. If you see me eating some tuna or white meat – it serves a purpose. If you see me eating rice or other carbs – it’s strategic. The veggies I’m eating reserve a right on the pedestal at Olympia and I’m counting on the right ones to get me there.
Supplementation choices are fit for a champion.
Mind set
Not only am I thinking of the end game when I’m eating or when I’m at the gym. I’m dreaming about taking the stage. I’m planning out my routines and diet every day. I’m walking, talking, sleeping, breathing, and living full-on competition mode. It’s surrounding every facet of my life.
And I’m surrounding myself with people that share that vision and support my mindset. My family, friends and fans are taking me there – I’ve got no time for those with negativity. To get caught up in negativity is to lose. I’m not even going to say I’m above it – I’m just not thinking about it. My mindset is elsewhere!
Thanks go out to you all
One last thing I’ve got to say is thank you to everyone reading this.
You know, my fans are why I do this. It’s why I put myself through these challenges. I love this sport and am definitely motivated by it but you guys that are out there cheering me on and providing motivation are my greatest asset! When I’m out their going for #1 – I’m also going out there to show everyone that I’ve got the best fans in the world!
I appreciate everything you guys are doing from keeping up on what’s going on and leaving me comments.
Keep showing the love! Keep sending me messages and keep commenting on Facebook.
