Een beetje aarzelend begonnen omdat ze me op de terugweg naar huis van het werk van de weg hebben gereden waarbij ik 4x over kop ben gegaan, ik ben gewoon zelf uit het wrak geklommen en besef nu pas goed hoe ik alweer door het oog van de naald ben gekropen.
Morgen ga ik me wel voor de zekerheid even laten nakijken omdat ik toch wel aardig door elkaar geschud ben geweest.
En door de sociale druk 😄😄

Het bovenlichaam voelt erg stijf en stram, hier hadden ze me voor gewaarschuwd, er zou tot over enkele weken nog pijn kunnen optreden.
Gelukkig hebben ze begrip op het werk (not) 😡

Voorlopig alleen nog (korte)headstand en thrusters. Vrije handstand push ups zouden mooi zijn, misschien moet ik ze toch maar weer eerst eens tegen een muur proberen te doen, ik deed ze wel eens een paar keer met mijn voeten tegen een barbell in het squatrack dus opzich zou het wel moeten lukken.
