jongen ik sta op de glidex 10 minuten maar als ik zoveel cardio als jouw zou doen zou ik zo mager worden als wat XD
20 km fietsen is wat ? een uur fietsen ofzo? 20 min zwemmen erbij. dat maakt anderhalf uur ofzo en dan ook nog 2 uur trainen erbij?? dat is bijna 4 uur :| zeker met de sauna erbij en dat 5 tot 6 keer per weekwaar haal je tijd vandaan man!
