Moet nog massa's vocht uit benen. Mensen lijken hier wel te vergeten dat massa zonder separatie zwaar bestraft wordt op een Olympia... Zoals hieronder wordt zijn LB weggeblazen, niet op massa maar op graininess en detail. Niet te hard van stapel gaan lopen...

Hij is groot maar dit is 100x mooier en dat noemen ze shape !!! Niet zoveel vocht dat kan niet op dat niveau maar goed hij draait nog niet lang mee dus die kwaliteit volwassen spieren zullen nog even op zich laten wachten

Nou dat klopt dit is uiterste van shape. Maar denk aan een Shawn Ray, Kevin Levrone de hele jaren 90 line up had gewoon een super shape nu zijn het jongens met nog niet genoeg jaren training achter de rug dus missen gewoon die kwaliteit en hardheid
