Hebben jullie trouwens al diverse flavouring systems gehad? Welke zijn lekker?
Ikzelf heb nu de bananenflavour gehad en die vind ik eigenlijk best heerlijk (mits met niet al te veel water gemengd), dus ben zeer benieuwd naar de andere smaken!

Als mijn pot ON 100% Whey op is ga ik ook voor Bulkpowders of Myprotien, de prijs is er gewoon belachelijk laag!
 
ik vind die flavoursystems het juist weer duur maken (jammer genoeg)

Had liever gehad dat zo'n flessie 2-5 gulden was ipv. 11-12 euro's om gerekend.

Ik vind smaakloze whey alleen lekker door bijv. brinta is ie ideal of zoiets dergelijks.

Denk dat binnen nu en 1-3 jaar hier in NL ook wel iets komt op gebied van unflavoured whey

Just letting you know this is now back in stock. We had a big delay from the supplier which we couldn't help. It won't be going out of stock again though!

Is it okay that i payed my bill in Euro's instead of punds?
 
Hij had hier belooft dat het in orde ging komen met mijn deels foute levering (daarna via mail ook nog eens) en een week later nog steeds niets. Gewoon belachelijk die service na verkoop daar. Je kan alleen maar hopen dat je nooit en foutje levering krijgt anders ben je dik genaaid.

I don't see that it is a massive problem for you, as you were already refunded for the incorrect part of your order weren't you? If you weren't then let me know and i will do it myself.

We have been waiting to hear from parcelforce the cost of having the 5kg whey isolate you received collected. We now know that it is way too expensive to justify it, so you are welcome to keep the whey isolate for yourself. Its worth 55-60 Euros so i would probably be quite happy if i was you! :D
 
Lees mijn ellende in mijn topic van een jaar(?) geleden T.
Een horror scenario van de bovenste plank. Ik kreeg mijn bestelling (20 kilo unflavoured whey + 1 x 500 creatine esthyl) een maand of 2-4 na bestelling pas. Doos open gescheurd of zoeits. En dit alles na ik meen een complete bestelling ''kwijt'' te zijn geweest. Het was zo'n ellende dat ik eigelijk nog eens niet meer wist hoe het allemaal precies gegaan is en goed gekomen...

Een grote nachtmerrie ik zeg het je!

Alles wat fout kon gaan ging ook fout...

Mogelijk een toekomstige kans, maar dan wil ik eerst nog meer positiviteit van hen kant uit!

Misschien MYProtein mogelijk in de toekomst.

I don't quite understand what happened, but if the products were damaged when you received them then we would have offered to replace them for you, there is no doubt about that.

If i have misunderstood then sorry, just ignore me!

The emails are answered every single day and within 1 95% of the time!

When did you send the email and what address did you send it from?

I will check with Jodie our customer services manager in the morning and get her to forward on any responses to you in case you haven't received them!

Anyway... the answer to your question! Unforutnately, no! We have to received payment in £GBP or our bank charge us fees, and the amount we receive is always incorrect. When you pay in Euros i guarantee you we will receive the wrong amount of money and this will delay your order until of course we have the correct amount... so its much easier to just pay in £GBP to begin with! :)

I sent an e-mail friday afternoon around 4p.m. I think.
I overpayed a little, my bill was 81.10Pound that is 91.16€, I payed 91.70€. How will we work this out? will your company give me the money back so I can pay in Pounds or do you accept the overpayment?

I've looked through the emails and you were sent the following email on Friday morning (approx 9.30am):

Hello There,

All transfers must be made in sterling. We will not know until the funds arrive how short the payment is. We will contact you when the payment arrives and let you know how much is outstanding - then please ensure this amount is sent in sterling.

We don't actually have the funds yet, but when we do we will let you know exactly how much we received. Even though you sent a little extra i'm pretty sure the funds will still be less then the order total as the banks use a less favourable exchnage rate.

We can send the money back, but this costs, so the best option is to wait and see how much arrives and we will take it from there! If we do receive extra then this can be held on account for you (provided you have an account) and used as money-off against your next order.

Thats strange you didn't get it, it is definately in our sent email... maybe it is in your junk mail?

If you sent the transfer last week then we should probably have it tomorrow, so we will be in touch via email to let you know what we received!

No, I'm waiting for that for weeks now. And yes you may refund me yourself :)

I do not use whey isolate, ever. I will probably give it away if not collected... So if it can't be collected then yes I would like a refund for the maltodextrin, thank you.
 
Vragen kunnen vanaf nu gestuurd worden naar hun support dienst. Ze hebben nu wel genoeg gratis reclame gehad. Het vraagje van de TS is nu ook wel beantwoord.
