Zeer netjes! Ga je meer en meer richting 'echte gewichten'? Of heb je nog geen plan? :D
Nah, ik ga isometrics als main houden en hier en daar wat mixen met krachttraining en strongman en doen waar ik zin in heb.
Eigenlijk vooral dat laatste :D
