Bedoel je al die tankers die weken voor de Hollandse kust bij het Noordzee kanaal liggen, waarbij de olie steeds van eigenaar verandert totdat de prijs hoog genoeg is?
Op soortgelijke wijze werkt het ook na de raffinage.
