Idd fout ligt niet bij een andere persoon, als je het doorleest ligt de schuld bij hun zelf.
I would like to put my side of the story as there are always two sides.
First of all I am a great fan of Rolley and have always got on well with Sibil we always give eachother a hug at shows and have a laugh etc
I did ask Sibil several times whether Rolley would do my show and she said "lets see what happens after the Olympia" ok fair enough I thought?!!
I did have a chat with sibil at the Olympia and yes she did say they would come.
Then Neil my business partner asked Rolley backstage at the Olympia if he was gona do our show and he said wasn't sure
I saw both Sibil and Rolley at the Arnold at Madrid and we said hello etc but no mention of him coming to the British Grand Prix.
Tuesday night at 11pm i get bombared with messages from 2 other parties about whether i had booked Rolley and Sibil an apartment and that they were landing at 8am in the morning.
I emailed Rolley the apartment number as they told me they needed the it for BSN to book it.
I did just that and once they found out that it was fully booked I spent an hour on the internet and talked to John Hodgeson trying to sort out last minute accommodation for them.
I emailed Rolley my mobile number and told him to call me if he had any problems i was even contemplating picking them up and letting them stay with me at my apartment till we went to Manchester bearing in mind i live an hour and half away.
I heard nothing from them till I saw them at the Press conference at Manchester Friday night.
I don't want to be made out as the bad guy in this story as I am not and as a promoter and a fan of bodybuilding I always put athletes first.
I must have drove to Manchester airport 12 times in 24 hours picking up atheletes/judges/officials, not to mention driving Sami and Shawn Roden to be tanned up at 10pm the night before the show.
All i am saying is that if i had 100% confirmation that Rolley was going to compete earlier on rather than the night before he was due to arrive I would have gone out my way to get them sorted one way or another. It is not in my nature to leave someone stranded in a foreign country and the intention was never there.
I apologise to both Rolley and Sibil for any ill feelings this past weekend I did try and shake Sibils hand but she snubbed me so I guess she's still pissed with me.
Regarding Rolleys placing that is the judges decision and fair one i have to say.
