WK3/4: Focus on dropsets and iso holds
1. Flat HS machine press (2 min)
*Do sets of 8 until you barely can get 8!
WU: 20х10 / 27,5х8 / 35х8
WS: 45х8 - 50х8 - 55х8 - 57,5х7
2. Incline BB press (3 min)
*Do sets of 6 until you barely can get 6! On the last set of 6, do a dropset to failure!
WU: 60x6
WS: 70x6 - 77,5x6 - 85x6 -> 60x6
3. Slight decline DB press (2 min)
*Do 3 sets of 10. On the last set of 10, do a dropset to failure!
WU: 25x5 (feel set)
WS: 30 x 10 / 10 / 9 -> 22,5x8 (6 full ROM reps and 2 partial reps…)
4. Flat DB flyes (1,5 min)
*Do 3 sets of 8. After each set of 8, stay in the stretched position for a 10 count and do an iso hold.
WS: 12,5 x 8 / 8 / 8
5. Standing BB military press (2 min)
*Do 3 heavy sets of 6! Keep perfect form, explode!
WU: 40x6 (feel set)
WS: 50 x 6 / 6 / 6
6. DB side laterals (1 min)
*Do 3 heavy sets of 10. On the last set, do a double dropset to failure!
WS: 12,5 x 10 / 10 / 10 -> 10x10 -> 7,5x10
7. DB rear delt raises on incline bench (1 min)
*Do 3 sets of 20 here. Just keep swinging to get 20 if needed.
WS: 8 x 20 / 20 / 20
8. Cybex smith close grip bench press (1 min)
*3 sets of 8.
WS: 70 x 8 / 8 / 8
9. Lying DB extensions (1 min)
*3 sets of 10 here.
WS: 10 x 10 / 10 / 10
Moet ook zeggen dat ik na 2 prikjes van 50mg masteron elk ECHT al noticeably voller / ronder ben. In de ochtend voor de spiegel ziet mijn UB eruit alsof ik een pomp heb… Lekker wakker worden zo.
Vandaag ook eerste dag met weer wat meer calories erbij… nice. Eetlust is super. Ben benieuwd wat komende week gaat brengen met net dat beetje meer calories en anabolics.
