I lowered my post carb intakes a while back due to the known impact of whey on insulin. I have not changed my general recs per se via Body Building Revealed, but do encourage experimentation with lower post workout drink carb intakes. Not being an endurance type, ths not generally in need to restoring glycogen store from training per se, I use approx 20-30g of carbs with my whey post workout. Some interesting reading here.
