Ik denk dat je prima vooruitgang kunt boeken als je de normale dosering aanhoudt. Je zou eventueel 1,5 keer de aanbevolen dosinging kunnen proberen. Laat ons weten hoe het gaat!

Hey man. Ik lees dat je direct bent begonnen met JW en BAM tegelijk.
Waarom eigenlijk niet eerst 2 weken alleen JW als ik vragen mag?

Waarom eigenlijk niet eerst 2 weken alleen JW als ik vragen mag?
Gewoon nieuwsgierig waar je je keuze op hebt gebaseerd
goede vraag... ik ben gewoon zo begonnen, daarna las ik hier pas over
zou het geen meerwaarde kunnen opleveren met het zo te doen, eventueel nog 4 weken doortrekken en restore erachteraan...

behalve dat ik een iets hogere dosering JW neem.
Als ik er erg lekker opga overweeg ik JW een of 2 weekjes door te trekken.
Ik krijg morgen mijn 2e pot van nutri binnen.

ik blijf nu gewoon bij 3a4 JW en 2 BAM per dag, kijken wat het geeft

Op het forum van ALRI hebben een serie bodybuilders de producten getest op normale en dubbele dosis. Het kan dus zeker wel.
Check het ALRI forum voor meer info. (weet niet meer waar het precies staat en nu geen zin te zoeken)

Thanks. Ik ga inderdaad maar een pct achteraan gooien.
In principe gewoon restore.
Weet iemand toevallig ook of er betere middelen zijn dan restore om pct te doen na de stack in 1,5 aanbevolen hoeveelheid?
restore (mss best wel in hogere dosissen dan ze aanraden in de evo stack vermits je van de rest ook hogere dosissen neemt)
andere alternatieven zijn: retain 2, 6-oxo xtreem of de gewone versie.
Persoonlijk denk ik niet dat je nolvadex of iets van leverondersteuning zou nodig hebben maar nolva is altijd handig om in huis te hebben moesten er toch onverwachte problemen opduiken.
