Ik drink graag een paar tassen per dag, maar met deze PWO lijkt me dat geen goed idee :roflol:
 
gister een sample geprobeerd van die the grimreaper.

dat heeft niks meer te maken met dmha of iets dergelijks. zelfs met 2 joints niet voor half 4 kunnen slapen.

smaakte naar speed en effect was ook net speed. moet me al sterk vergissen...
 
Na een heavy set squats met C4, ben ik soms al bang dat me hart ontploft :eek:

Klinkt goed, legaal te bestellen ??

Is wel echt een hele zieke preworkout hoor. Ramvol stims..ik heb nu 2 keer een hele scoop op, maar een halve is denk ook ruim voldoende:

Citrulline Malate (2:1)- 4500 mg

Citrulline malate improves overall training performance by reducing muscular fatigue both during and after exercise. It reduces post workout muscle soreness, which can improve recovery time between workouts, and allow you to push harder on your next gym session. Beta Alanine- 3500 mg

Furryx94 en Skatermarvin : hebben jullie deze toevallig al gebruikt tijdens cardio? Er staat bij DMHA dat het de zuurstoftoevoer naar de longen verbetert, misschien dat cardio prestaties dan ook verbeteren. Ik test het sowieso binnenkort want denk dat ik me vanavond een pot bestel ;)

Denk dat ik die 'pump on the beach' van muscle lab ook wel ga bestellen, voor dagen waarop het wat minder mag zijn :P

Ik zou NOOOIT preworkout nemen om voor de cardio te nemen. Al is het al omdat al die NO-boosters dan onwijs irritant zijn.

Dan kun je beter iets kopen als cardio accelerator van XXL staat me bij. Of iets illegaals in deze catogorie. Beta-alanine & citruline zou ik niet pre-cardio willen!

Dan kun je beter iets kopen als cardio accelerator van XXL staat me bij. Of iets illegaals in deze catogorie. Beta-alanine & citruline zou ik niet pre-cardio willen!

Ik zou voor cardio sowieso geen pre nemen.

Denk dat ik jullie advies toch maar ga volgen nu ik er nog eens rustig over nadenk :P
 
Indien Yohimbine onder pre workouts valt wil je dit juist voor (fasted, anders haal je het nut weg) cardio doen.
 
Zelfs de Action verkoopt tegenwoordig PWO:grinny:

Ik slik de capsule gewoon door! Zal wel met een reden zijn dat een deel in capsules zit dacht ik altijd haha
