I've been lifting for about 6 to 7 months now, and i've grown in every bodypart except for my chest. I've noticed my front delts are sick so I did some research and it turns out I focus too much on my delts while benching, etc. So I've been told to do chest isolation exercises but I still don't have this massive pump/soreness, it feels like I don't workout my chest while doing isolation exercises.
Any tips?
