I've been lifting for about 6 to 7 months now, and i've grown in every bodypart except for my chest. I've noticed my front delts are sick so I did some research and it turns out I focus too much on my delts while benching, etc. So I've been told to do chest isolation exercises but I still don't have this massive pump/soreness, it feels like I don't workout my chest while doing isolation exercises.
Any tips? :)
 
Lower the weights and focus on using your pecs.
 
Try to tuck your elbows in more. This way there is more focus on jour chest and less stress on your shoulders.
 
had the same problem too.
try to hold your shoulders back when you press.

this may sound stuppid but it worked for me:

everytime when you press, flex your throut a lil bit and flex the chest muscles
