Ik: And you required two double rooms? If I understand that correct.
P1: Korte bevestiging/ of je zegt even iets van nee twee 1 persoons en 1 tweepersoons ofzo.
Ik: And you want both of them royal class?
P1: Nee je wilt voor jezelf een gewone ofzo (zie later in het gesprek)
Ik: Okay, I’ve got that now, I’ll just check the vacancy in the computer, one moment please. Hold the line.

Ik: Hello mr tyson this is (naam) again, I have some good news for you. We have the rooms available for you from May 9th to the 15th.
P1: Ah very nice…could you tell me what i will be paying for single and double rooms, how much money will i be paying extra if i want a more exclusive room. And o yeah before I forget are the rates include breakfast.
Ik: Well first of all the rates are including breakfast. For a single room you pay 70 pounds a night, and a double will cost you 130. And for the royal class you pay an addional 50pounds.

Ik: (Herhaald het nog een keer) Okay, I have that. So we have an agreement that you have reservated (x aantal kamers single en x-aantal kamers double) all royal class, from May the 9th to the 15th?
P1: bevestigd het.
Ik: Good, that’s setteled than. What are you doing those days in our beautiful town actually?
P1: Begint over beveiligings shit enzo.
Ik: Wow, that’s interesting, mayby you can help is with our security someday.
P1: haha, who knows! Anyway it’s been very nice to talking to you!
Ik: Right, I’ll get the brochure in the post to you today!

Sommige dingen van P1 zijn in het nederlands, die moest een andere gast vertellen. Maar al mijn stukjes zijn gewoon goed. T belangrijkste was bij ons dat er een telefoon nummer en een naam gespeld moest worden, en dat alles uit het hoofd was/ geimproviseerd werd volgens de richtlijnen van een goed engels gesprek. Ik had in ieder geval een voldoende (en die andere gast ook)
