Het Anabole/Androgene/oestrogene Dilemma

@Cools Tijdens mijn kuren merkte ik dat mijn ballen nauwelijks krompen, zonder hcg tijdens de gehele kuren. Ik kwam wat tegen over dat gaba b een positieve invloed zou hebben op LH, nu gebruik ik al een lange tijd wekelijks phenibut, wat een gaba b agonist is. Weet jij of dit middel/gaba b agonist daadwerkelijk het krimpen van de ballen tijdens een kuur kan voorkomen of verminderen? Of zou dit niet kunnen?

A GABAB AGONIST REVERSES THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK EFFECT OF TESTOSTERONE (T) ON LUTEINIZING HORMONE (LH) IN MALE SHEEP.

Abstract:
Infusion of baclofen (BAC), a GABAB agonist, into the medial basal hypothalamus (MBH) of castrated rams rapidly increases LH pulse amplitude without altering pulse frequency. The objectives of this study were to determine if 1) T blocked this action of BAC, 2) the increase in LH pulse amplitude was due to increased GnRH pulse amplitude, 3) FSH secretion also was altered. In the first experiment, we tested the main effects and interaction of BAC and T on FSH and LH pulse patterns in castrated rams (n=6-7). Microdialysis guide cannulae were implanted bilaterally into the MBH. Following recovery of the animal from surgery, the MBH was perfused using concentric microdialysis probes (2 mm tip) with artificial cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) for a 3 h control period followed by either CSF or 1mM BAC for 4 h. Blood samples were taken at 10-min intervals. LH pulses were undetectable in some T-treated animals during the control period (mean 10.41.3 vs 3.31.3 ng/ml). The change (control period vs drug-infusion period) in mean LH was greater (P<0.01) in response to BAC than to CSF and was not altered by T. The BAC x T interaction was non-significant. Mean FSH was decreased by T (P<0.01), but was not altered by BAC. In the second experiment infusion of BAC into the MBH of intact males (n=2) resulted within 1 h in the onset of frequent and robust GnRH pulses (0.15/h pre-BAC vs 2/hr post-BAC) that were followed either immediately or gradually by coincident LH pulses. One interpretation is that BAC acts at two sites, both "downstream" of the site of action of T. At one site GABAB receptors may regulate pulse amplitude in both the presence and absence of T, and at another may regulate pulse frequency by modulating the inhibitory effect of T. Most people that use any form of anabolic steroids are aware of the negative feedback loop for testosterone, where the body shuts down natural test on account of the hormones (steroids) you have been putting in your body. Well what if I said they may be a way around this. Any aas even oxandrolone a mild anabolic adrogenic steroid to some degree shuts down natural test. It has been shown that as little as 2.5 mg a day has an effect on the hpta. What if I said that its not the steroids responsible the shut down but a signal from the brain or the over production of gaba from the gaba a receptor in the brain. For those that are not aware what gaba is its substance that is abundant in the brain responsible the calming effect on the brain or inhibiting over stimulation of the brain alcohol is a gaba a agonist (stimulator) its well known that alcohol lower test levels. Also steroids stimulate gaba production of the gaba a receptor this study on stanozolol (winstrol) shows that.

So far we have concentrated on the gaba a receptor now I want to concentrate on the gaba b receptor which has the opposite effect on test. The study that follows was done on animals but is interesting it showed that a gaba b agonist or stimulator completely reversed the negative feedback loop of testosterone after testosterone administration.

Still with me ok the drug they used in this study was baclofen which is not freely available to the average bodybuilder. But you might be interested to know that baclofen in a derivative of phenibut a russian supplement used for anxiety which is freely available on any supplement site and is even sold on ebay.
 
Cools, 6 weken en 17250IU HCG verder en mijn ballen zijn eindelijk redelijk op formaat. Geldt nogsteeds 1 week clomid?
 
12500* jaa het was nodig.. op 500 merkte ik niks net zoals 750. 1500 2x pweek werkte pas.. nu afbouwen 750 2x 5002x of overstappen naar clomid 4 weken 25 mg?

Cools ik weet dat jij geen fan bent van Blasten en cruisen, maar wil het wel gaan doen:
Blast 1: Cut: test 300, primo 400
Cruise: 150 test.
Blast 2: Bulk: test 300, mast 200, NPP 525 (150 eod)

hCG ga ik mee laten lopen op 2x per week 500 iu
 
@Cools ik heb een vraag over de bloedtest die ik wil laten doen en heb je een PM gestuurd.
 
Cools, had vandaag nog net iets te weinig HCG in me vial zitten. Kreeg er 250IU uit ipv de geplande 500. Eenmalig boeit dat niet lijkt me? Of straks gewoon 250IU erbij zetten nog als de HCG aangemaakt is.

NPP is te hoog, nooit meer nandrolone dan test.

Maakt niet uit, gewoon 500 hervatten.
 
Cools sta je nog altijd achter 50mg clomid in nakuur? Zo ja waarom geen 25mg
