Het is ook door dit logje dat ik in de Highland games en strongman was beland, ik heb er toch wel vrienden voor het leven aan overgehouden.

Laatste training voor de 1ste werkdag terug na 3 weken verlof, verdomme, ik ga de kleine en het vrouwtje echt hard missen.
En mijn zwembad 😢
Ik had me voorgenomen in het verlof een paar keer per week met gewichten te gaan trainen, ik heb nu alweer elke dag getraind maar geen gewicht aangeraakt 😄

Dan moet je een hele prettige vakantie hebben gehad!! Dagen zijn zeker voorbij gevlogen? Sterkte met werken maat!

De 1ste week is omgevlogen, de laatste 2 waren iets chiller.
Ik zou echt graag huisvader willen zijn maar als je iets wilt hebben moet je nu eenmaal werken.

Ja, geneest behoorlijk goed, thanks. Nu had ik wel een excuus om geen kut burpees te doen, dat blijft echt een mentaal dingetje 😄
Gisteren dermatoloog geweest voor verdachte vlekjes op de huid en alles is gelukkig goedaardig!

Het heeft even een paar dagen moeten bezinken maar ik ben erg blij dat het onderzoek van de dermatoloog het goede nieuws had dat de verdachte vlekjes waarvan mijn huisarts en reumatoloog twijfelden of ze al dan niet goed- of kwaadaardig waren allemaal goedaardig zijn.
De keerzijde is het nieuws dat de pigmentvlekken die ik heb vitiligo blijkt te zijn, ik ben er zelf niet bekend mee maar een beetje opzoekwerk zegt me dat het ook weer met het autoimuun te maken heeft en er niks aan te doen is, dus suck it up buttercup en weer verder.
